Description
This session explores ways to develop a campaign and bring people in (these people will be the power behind your campaign). The session also explores different tactics and how to build broad-based, inclusive campaigns that bring students along with you, as well as how avoid burnout!

By the end of this section, you should be able to:
• Understand the basics of campaign development, including the key components and steps involved in planning and executing a successful campaign.
• Explore strategies for building a strong and engaged support base for your campaign, recognising the importance of mobilising individuals who will be the driving force behind your campaign's success.
• Recognise different tactics and techniques for effective campaign outreach with an emphasis on creating a diverse and inclusive coalition of supporters.
• Learn how to effectively engage and motivate students to participate in your campaign efforts.
• Understand the potential challenges and risks of campaign burnout and explore strategies and best practices for preventing burnout among campaign organisers and participants.
